GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION-

JNV Goalpara is located at 25°59′0″N 90°44′0″E / 25.98333; 90.73333 at an elevation of 44 m above MSL near the city Dudhnoi. The city is situated on the NH-37 (Panchratna , near Goalpara across Assam state to Roing in Arunachal Pradesh). National Highway 62, which links Damra and Dalu, Starts from Dudhnoi.

The School was started in the year 1997, in temporary building of DIET District-Goalpara Campus and Shifted in permanent Campus near Udaipur 23-07-2007. The area of Vidyalaya campus is around 31.2 acrs. These buildings includes the newly-refurbished student hostels and staff houses. The academic buildings including several classrooms are linked by a computer network. The widespread use of email and an internet system shrinks the distances and keeps staff, students and administration in quick and easy contact with one another. The Vidyalaya is surrounded by the greenaries of natural beauties near the main Guwahati- Dhubri National Highway (NH-37), at Dudhnoi.
