Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Farour which was established in the year 1986-87 has grown leaps and bounds in a short span of time & carved a niche for itself in the region of Punjab in field of Education.
The school which is situated on the Chandigarh Ludhiana road in the historical district Fatehgarh Sahib and housed in an imposing modern building has a magnificent library with a stock of more than 15000 books, well equipped Science LABS, Portable planetarium, smart room, well ventilated classrooms, well maintained playgrounds, stadium, gym with provision for indoor games like Table Tennis and Chess
