FUNCTIONS: -

2020. Preparation of the special time table for the personality development project for the students, which includes Yoga, Value Education, Shramdan, Karate, English spoken classes, Remedial classes, Preparation for
2021. PMT/NDS/IIT/NTSE/MTSE/MPSC/UPSC etc.

2. B) Scrutiny, allotment of Roll No., preparation of Bio-Data.
3. C) Distribution of Admit cards through District Education Officer.
4. D) Publicity of JNVST result in local news papers and notice board.
5. E) Completion of admission procedure.

2023. Detection of slow learner as well as bright students to pay special attention towards them.

   5)     PACE-SETTING ACTIVITY COMMITTEE

 FUNCTIONS: -     

  

1. Organization of literacy campaign during vacation.
2. Uprooting the blind faiths from the society by different activities like ‘NUKKAD DRAMA’, display charts, songs, speeches etc.
3. Organization of cleanliness drive for the local community.

 

6)    MAINTENANCE & REPAIR COMMITTEE.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: -

 

1. Planning for the maximum and proper utilization of the budget prescribed for maintenance and repair.
2. Smooth functioning of the Vidyalaya.
3. Regular monitoring of the damage, breakage leakage in various articles of the vidyalaya including Vidyalaya building.

 

 FUNCTIONS: - 

 

1. A) Immediately repair of the articles whatever required.
2. B) To complete the repair work following due procedure.
3. C) To bring in to the notice to the Principal about the required repaired    

            Works and to take the necessary steps.

 

7)   MESS COMMITTEE

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: -

 

1. To provide balanced diet to the students within the budget provided

       by NVS.

1. Preparation of food by keeping in a view of taste of local and migrated students.

1. Conduct the mess committee meeting every month to prepare menu by involving student’s representative.
2. Monitoring the quality of food.
3. Monitoring the cleanliness of mess kitchen, dining hall and surrounding.
4. Provision of potable water in dining hall.
5. Preparation of composite manure from kitchen waste.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: -

 

1. To ensure the safety and security of the students.
2. To make the school atmosphere free from fear & anxiety.

 

 FUNCTIONS: -

 

1. Finding the different area where the safety and security is required.
2. Taking the precautionary steps for safety and security of students.
3. Taking the Roll call of the students about 17 times from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 P.m. daily for continuous monitoring the students.
4. Duty of watchman on main gate of the school.
5. Proper light arrangement in vidyalaya campus.

 

11)  SPORTS & GAMES COMMITTEE

3. C) Additional care for physical and mental development of migrated   
4. Celebration of festivals, keeping in view of sentiments of migrated students.

1. To develop the aesthetic sense among the students.
2. To create natural and healthy atmosphere in Vidyalaya campus.
3. To make the Vidyalaya premises and attractive interesting place for the students to feel homely atmosphere.
4. To beautify Vidyalaya campus to make healthy educational atmosphere.

 

FUNCTIONS: -

 

1. A) Leveling the different area for developing beautiful garden and playground.
2. B) Constructions of wall to make steppe garden with the help of students   

      and staff by using own resources.

19)  WATER & ELECTRICITY COMMITTEE

2. Arrangement of generator lights in mess, girls dormitory, hostel etc.
