Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Ballari Samiti strives hard to provide modern quality education at par with equity in education, state of the art infrastructure and competent teachers and efficient administration for nurturing talent predominantly for rural children who are from deprived sections of society. JNV’s mission is all round development of the child and to acquire competency in three languages with equal importance to regional languages. It is a unique organisation promoting national integration through migration policy. 30 % of our Vidyalaya students are migrated to link Vidyalaya JNV Chittorgarh in Rajasthan and vice versa to appreciate culture and exchange of linguistic values. Our NVS organised National integration meet to exhibit unique culture of the district and of the nook and corners of the country through dance, music, theatre, and art in a single platform. JNV Ballari over a period of three decades dedicated itself in the educational sector for the all round development of Ballari District.

Apart from the Scholastic aspects the students are groomed with emotional balance and intellectual growth in order to develop self confidence, self esteem, self awareness, and life skills with physical development, mass PT, multi gymnasium, games and sports and balanced mind through Yoga. We rear students who are creative, curious and share experimental& innovative things on academics through Atal tinkering lab, Inspire, Olympiad and other competitions and non academic activities through dance, music and variety of sports activities. These activities provide holistic development to the students and areequipped to face the challenges of the global world.
We give importance to the environment living with nature and every year we plant hundreds of saplings to make our campus green and create a pollution free environment along with Swatchatha Abhyana inculcate the value of dignity of labour . The campus provides a congenial atmosphere for learning, preserving nature and lives with nature and become self dependent to face any challenge in the rapid changing world
As a pace settingactivity we adopt a neighbouring village for educational awareness programme, adult education, importance of girls and, child education,swatchatha campaign, prevention of disease etc.
We thank our Commissioner and other officers in NVS providing an opportunity to JNVs to share our view in single platform through the route of Navodaya ShalaDarphan.
