The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Baksa (Adalbari) was established in the year of 2006.It is one of the four School in BTAD. The school campus covers an area of 76 Bigha(in assam measure). School is running in composite campus. Boys' hostel, Staff quarters and a part of school building have been shifted to permanent construction. But Mess, Girls' Hostel and offices are yet in temporary site. Development work is still pending. School is situated on National Sub highway at a distance of 6 km from National highway No 31 from the place Barama
